We are based in Dubai, UAE, and all transactions and policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We can accommodate order cancellations only if your request is made before your order has been processed and shipped.

Refund for Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If your cancellation request is successfully approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it typically takes 5-10 business days.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel the order.
At this stage, the order is considered en route to you. You must either:
Accept the delivery.
Refuse the delivery upon arrival (see Section 4).
3. Cancellation of Custom or Special Orders
For custom-made bags, special requests, or any item that is not part of our standard inventory, cancellations are strictly NOT accepted. Once production on a custom order begins, it cannot be resold, and therefore the sale is final.
4. Refused Delivery
If you refuse to accept the delivery of your package, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package and confirm its condition is unopened and resalable:
The cost of the original shipping fees (both outward and return) will be deducted from your refund amount.
A restocking fee of 20% of the product value may be applied.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Returns & Exchanges for a Refund
We operate a separate Return & Exchange policy for items received. Cancellation is specifically for orders that have not been received. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on how to return a product you have already received.
6. Order Modification
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or shipping address), you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing stage.
