1. Processing Time
All our items are meticulously inspected for quality before dispatch. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods (such as sales or new launches), processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We are proud to ship globally from our warehouse in Dubai.
Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
Standard Shipping: FREE – Delivered within 4-24 business hrs.
Express Shipping: – Delivered within 2-4 business hrs (Dubai next).
To GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain):
Standard Shipping: AED 120/1kg or 200 aed/5kg – Delivered within 2-5 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of World):
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
We primarily use trusted courier partners such as Emirates Post, Aramex, DHL, and FedEx to ensure your package is handled with care.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, the total weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. The final cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the UAE!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For UAE & GCC Orders: All orders are shipped with necessary documentation and typically do not incur customs duties within the GCC region.
For International Orders: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Master Copy Bags has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
For legal and security reasons, all packages are discreetly labeled with a generic description of the contents (e.g., “Fashion Bag” or “Accessory”) and a declared value for customs purposes.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, shipping can be unpredictable.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@mastercopybags.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and the product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding the estimated delivery time), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company.
7. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
